Returns

Q accepts online returns of non-sale, non-discounted, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included. Items in gift sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • or you can call our customer service at +972 3-9653359 and send it back yourself by your method of choice.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging:
  • Visit our Returns Center to start an exchange
  • Enter your order number and email address to start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
  • Please note that we do not deduct any shipping or pickup charges from your echange.
KEEPING YOUR ITEMS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.
HOW LONG DO EXCHANGES TAKE?
Once your exchange request is approved, within  Returns Centerexchanges are processed and shipped within 8-10 days. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service info@qhouseofbasics.com within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You may choose to return any item that you have purchased online at one of our pop ups or boutique in TLV within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Simply bring a copy of your original invoice that was included in your order package. We cannot accept returns without your original invoice. Your return will be exchanged for a Q gift card good at any of our Q Boutiques.

At this time, our online returns warehouse cannot accept returns or exchanges of purchases made in Q boutiques.

* Same day delivery only if you place an order before 12pm. 


Changing or Cancelling Orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@qhouseofbasics.com or +972 3-9653359 Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We strive to maintain current inventory levels, but sometimes we do run out of stock. The email confirmation sent once an order is placed does not guarantee your order will be fulfilled. We will notify you if any item(s) can not be fulfilled and will credit the amount to the original form of payment.
