All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.
Once your exchange request is approved, within Returns Center, exchanges are processed and shipped within 8-10 days. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
You may choose to return any item that you have purchased online at one of our pop ups or boutique in TLV within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Simply bring a copy of your original invoice that was included in your order package. We cannot accept returns without your original invoice. Your return will be exchanged for a Q gift card good at any of our Q Boutiques.
At this time, our online returns warehouse cannot accept returns or exchanges of purchases made in Q boutiques.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

All products are subject to availability. We strive to maintain current inventory levels, but sometimes we do run out of stock. The email confirmation sent once an order is placed does not guarantee your order will be fulfilled. We will notify you if any item(s) can not be fulfilled and will credit the amount to the original form of payment.
